My Story
My interest in helping those around me began at an early age; "rescuing" earthworms out of the road after a rainy night, or making sure young birds had not "lost" their mothers. I have powerful memories of preparing bandages for my sister's injuries and feeling the magic of a calming touch.
By the time I was twenty I discovered what might be considered alternatives to western medicine; receiving my first acupuncture treatment, having my natal chart read, and exploring the yummy offerings in health food stores. It was then that I knew I wanted to be a part of this community of practitioners holding space for Relationship with the Body.
Although it would be another ten years before I began official schooling for massage, I spent that time living in places like Sedona, Arizona and Big Island, Hawaii; immersing myself in communities of traditional and newly emerging modalities for healing and awareness. It was there that I first connected with Human Design, as well as began my experience of being a mother.
Today I am happy to offer massage therapy, intuitive bodywork, and human design sessions; combining my love for healing touch with the practicality of the human design knowledge.

My Approach
The idea that the body is a dynamic relational system guides my approach to supporting wellness. Through both bodywork and human design, I strive to offer a safe environment where a client can work towards harmony in relationship with the body and the experience of life itself.
I feel that patience, honesty, and a willingness to explore are key ingredients for any journey, and especially helpful on journeys of healing or awakening.
What I have seen is that there can often be many stops on a journey that not only surprise us, but often test our willingness to stay present. When we call on the human spirit and draw on our relationship with the body, we have the opportunity to experience profound strength.
